Collagen Recipes, and the Collagen Dragon Ball!
Hi everyone ^^ It’s Fujikawa, 24 years old and recently taken interest in anti-aging. I wish everyday that I will be able to attain beauty from the inside by the time I hit the later half of my twenties.
When thinking about anti-aging, it’s likely that the first thing we think about is collagen. Collagen products comes in different types: drinks, supplement, capsules, jelly etc, while the most common comes in powder form. Because it can be mixed easily with food or drinks so that it can be taken with other nutrients, it is the recommended way to take powder collagen to see the best effects. However, there are some of us who are concerned about the unique taste or scent that comes from the powder type.
What do you do with your collagen to consume it?
Some packages suggest that you can add to miso soup, soup, coffee, green tea, red tea, milk, green juice, rose hip, yogurt etc. Since the important thing is that collagen is something that we must take everyday, surely we owe it to ourselves to make it delicious and not grow bored of it.
This is specially prepared for you, who are working hard everyday to take care of yourselves for beauty, so you can carry on with your collagen routine.

It’s simple, but it can become a part of any dish, and it’ll become a dish for beauty purposes! It’s good to create a cafe atmosphere at home with this.
Next we are going to introduce two recipes that use “Collagen Ball”.
Have you heard of Collagen Ball before? It is a part of bigger dishes, and is a solid state of collagen. Recently, Japanese restaurants have been including these collagen balls in their menus to attract female customers, thus gaining popularity. It is usually found dishes including hot pots, curry and stews where they are cooked in broth.
Here is how it looks like!

Like a spherical ball of jelly, it just looks so appetising.
Here is a different shape of collagen cube ball.
While collagen balls are usually spherical, any shape is okay. To adjust the intake each time, you may make the sizes smaller too.
How to make the Collagen Balls
Just use your favourite gelatin of any flavour or style!
The standard Collagen Ball uses:
生姜チューブ 4cm
Broth … 1 teaspoon ( 顆粒中華ダシ 小さじ1)
Water … 250ml
Gelatin … 10g
To make this:
1. Other than the gelatin, put all the ingredients into a pot and heat.
2. When the mixture is above 80 degrees, melt the gelatin in.
3. Set the shape with any tray when the mixture becomes lukewarm, then set to cool in the refrigertor.
Set them one side, ready for use when preparing other dishes.
So what dishes can you use them for?
