Whitening and Vitamins: Chocola BB Lucent C Review
I naturally have fair skin, so since I was a child my skin has been on the sensitive side and I’ve got freckles and sunburn quite easily. As an adult I get wrinkles, I get tired easily, and I often get mouth ulcers… Even eating a balanced diet with meat and vegetables, these symptoms didn’t improve. When I was younger I glossed over these problems, but realising they weren’t going away, a few years ago I started taking vitamin supplements to help. I’m a bit late introducing this product that I’ve been using a long time, but I’d like to tell you about Chocola BB Lucent C.
Effects of Chocola BB Lucent C
1. Reduces wrinkles, freckles, suntan, rashes etc.
2. Provides vitamin C to remedy fatigue due to overwork, aging, pregnancy etc.
3. Prevents nosebleeds and bleeding from gums
These tablets contain vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and L-cysteine which suppress melanin production. In addition they contain vitamins B2 and B6 which are necessary for the health of the skin and mucous membranes in the body, and vitamin E which promotes blood flow and cell replacement for rejuvenated skin.

Packaging
The tablets come in this pretty packet with a blue background. In real life it’s even more cute and classy!
Opening it up
Inside there’s the pill container and an information leaflet. For more details please click the link below.
When you open up the bottle, you notice there’s a small vinyl bag.
☆TIP: Do you know what the vinyl bag is for? It prevents the tablets from getting damaged or broken up in transit. After opening, you should throw it away. Otherwise if you take it out and put it back in several times, you can end up introducing water or germs into the bottle.
For adults, take two tablets
Usually Japanese medicine comes in small tablets so you take multiple tablets at one time. In America or Korea it’s more usual to take one at a time so the tablets are bigger.
An advantage of these small tablets is that they’re easy to swallow. The tablets have a “C” printed on one side which I think is pretty cute (#^.^#)
- The dosage for adults (15 years+) is 2 tablets 3 times per day
- For children (7-15 years) the dosage is 1 tablet 3 times per day
- The tablets are not for children under 7.
You can take the Lucent C tablets with water before or after meals. I always take them after each meal.
My impressions of Chocola BB Lucent C
I’m getting on in years, and I’ve definitely been feeling the effects of aging on my body. A few years ago I felt tired all the time, but after starting to exercise regularly my energy levels have improved a lot. But some things I’m still struggling with are skin irritation and occasional insomnia.
The skin redness and irritation has reduced since I’ve been taking vitamins, so I do think they’ve helped with that. And although it could be a coincidence, I’ve also been able to get to sleep more easily.
I haven’t had mouth ulcers either. Usually I get them when I haven’t slept enough, so the extra sleep has probably helped me to avoid them.
The Lucent C tablets don’t have any strange smell or taste. They’re small and easy to swallow.
Probably some of you guys already know, but when you take vitamins, it can turn your pee bright yellow. Don’t be surprised!
My daughter went to the beach today and got a bit of a suntan. I gave her a couple of Chocola BB Lucent C tablets too. It’s always better to start looking after your skin when you’re young ✌
