Hi everyone, it’s me, Fujikawa. Our last discussion was about the attractiveness of the Fancl brand, and today we have another one about Fancl!

“My friends who love Japan keeps saying that Fancl products are good.”

“I want to give the popular Fancl a try.  But I don’t know where I should start from.”

Any girl (or boy!) who is worrying about this, but find it difficult to ask, let us introduce to you this starter set to start with (^^)

It’ll be my pleasure if this helps anyone who wants to try Fancl products, or have been using Fancl as just a filler product, in understanding the special characteristics that the products have.

With that, let’s start with a must-have when we are talking about Fancl.

FANCL Mild Cleansing Oil

To think that this popular item is sold at an astonishing pace of 1 per 6 seconds (meaning 14,400 are sold within a day!!). If you have not used Fancl before, this is the item from which we can begin to understand how amazing Fancl is.

“Preservative-free” x “Stress free cleansing, makeup removal without rubbing”

The Mild Cleansing Oil’s characteristic is that it is so effective in cleansing that makes one go, “This is really amazing!” It applies easily with its watery texture, and is able to wash makeup and dirt away without needing to scrub.

Note however, that the Mild Cleansing Oil does not contain any beauty ingredients, so that this item can be a makeup removal that reduces the stress on the skin to a bare minimum. When we apply makeup or attempt to remove makeup, we are actually imposing stress on our skins.

“Going to sleep without removing makeup for one night is as dirty as using a dust cloth that hasn’t been washed on the face!” is a common saying that shows how important to remove every bit of dirt on our skins. Makeup removals should not only remove makeups, but also have a role in removing dead skin particles. This allowing the applications of lotions or serums in the next step to be more effective as the skin is able to absorb the nutrients better. If the pores are clogged, the effects of any lotions are probably only halved, no matter how good they are. So how about giving Mild Cleansing Oil a look?

FANCL Facial Washing Powder

Among Fancl’s facial washing foam, this is the most popular: the powder type Facial Washing Powder. In fact, the Facial Washing Powder has a renewal in the formulation on 19th of August. What used to be Light and Normal (Types I and II) is now just one!

This new Facial Washing Powder can be used no matter what type of skin type you have, and has a stronger moisturising effect than before, giving your skin a smooth texture like that of a hard boiled egg after wash.

While it seems like the powder type might be different to foam, when a little of it is used with the Fancl Foaming Net, fluffy bubbles can be made easily. And at a surprising amount! This makes washing easy even without much pressure. If you turn the net inside out it becomes a bowl to measure one round of wash. This is how Fancl pay attention to small details (^^)

Next, we have the simple but new skincare item:

Active Conditioning Series

The Active Conditioning Series focuses on self-support of the skin. Not only does it help develop a young layer skin, but also aims to draw out the original suppleness in the skin.

To keep the Active Conditioning Series as simple as possible, it is recommended to get additional items (like masks or serums) for specialised concerns.

By raising the skin’s ability to support itself, this allows other special care to perform with better results.

There are two types in the Active Conditioning Series, so please choose according to your needs.

Basic Type

This is recommended for people with dry skin. The beauty ingredients that have been formulated into this include active ceramides, liquorice essence, and fresh royal jelly essence. Liquorice essence encourages the turnover of our skin, which is effective for people concerned about unhealthy skin or adult acne.

Type I is the light version, which is good for anyone with oily skin. Type II is the moist type, good for anyone with normal, combination or dry skin.

EX Type

Anyone who is starting to worry aging can get this. The beauty ingredients that have been formulated into this include active ceramide, adaptive-type collagen and bioglycogen.

Active Conditioning EX is formulated with low molecular collagen which makes it easy to absorb, giving the skin a bouncy look.

Knowing that the skin’s collagen starts to decrease in our late twenties, this is an easy anti-aging care series that anyone will want to start.
