Acne and Female Hormones, Part 2!
Today, we introduce some pressure point massages that are effective in dealing with acne.
You may be thinking, “What? Healing acne through massages?”
Firstly, what is pressure point massaging?
Pressure point massaging, or Pressure Point Reflexology, is an ancient healing method used in Oriental medicine, with focus on pinpointing channels of water, energy and blood etc. Our bodies have 365 pressure points, with the ability to improve various health issues in our bodies.
So, within those 365 pressure points, there are many that are able to increase the female hormones!
But why does pressure point massaging increase female hormones?
By applying pressure to these points, stagnation of water, energy and blood can be cleared. Pressure point massages allow the circulation systems in our bodies to be smooth, allowing females hormones to be carried to various parts of the body where they are needed.
Furthermore, massaging pressure points sends a signal to the hypothalamus parts of our brains, which controls our production of hormones, thus encouraging more production of female hormones.
Therefore, pressure point massaging is a method to increase female hormones.
