Why are they so expensive? I don’t have a thyroid so I have digestion problem I have taken enzymes for a long time. What is the composition? Do they have magnesium. People on thyroid medicine might not be able to take them along with thyroid medicine and they should take it 8 hours later

    • Wonect Team says:

Can a pregnant women consumed this products? Is it safe?

    • Wonect Team says:

Hi See you, the answer really lies in whether the ingredients are suitable for pregnant women. Even though most of the ingredients are plant- and fruit-derived, the manufacturer advises consulting our doctors before consumption.

Can I buy a slimming Enzyme

    • Wonect Team says:

      Hi Clariz,
The “Premium” (green) pack is designed with a few extra ingredients to support weight loss, so if you’re looking to support your diet that’s the one I’d recommend! 🙂

  4. Fitri says:

Are they vegetarian friendly? I wonder whether their gelatin, l-carnitine, glycerin etc are not contained animal products or derivatives? Thanks

    • Wonect Team says:

      Hi Fitri,
As a vegetarian myself this is a frustration for me as well! I can’t say exactly if the l-carnitine and glycerin are animal derived but I would say the gelatin is most likely not vegetarian. I had a good look at the ingredient lists for these products and the “Night” (blue packet) version seems to be the most vegetarian friendly. From what I can see in the giant ingredient list it doesn’t contain gelatin or l-carnitine, but you might be risking small amounts of other animal products.

if i want to lose weight and i don’t start eating till afternoon how do i eat it for breakfast and lunch if i dont eat breakfast? and i eat more at night does it mean i need the diet enzyme and the night enzyme ? if you stop eating will you gain the weight back?

    • Wonect Team says:

      Hi Becca,
The instructions don’t say specifically that you need to take these products with food, so if you want to take them in the morning you can. These aren’t a medication so you don’t need to overly worry about timing. I’d recommend you just take the recommended 2-4 pills a day in a way that fits in with your lifestyle, whether that’s with your first meal in the afternoon or some other time.

You don’t need to take both the the Diet Enzyme and the Night Enzyme unless you want to! The Night version has been designed to be digested while you sleep but I can’t see any problems with taking the regular Diet Enzyme at night instead.

In terms of weight loss, this supplement is designed to boost your general health and help with weight loss but I think the deciding factor is your own lifestyle! If you stick with a healthy diet and and exercise after you stop taking the supplements I can’t see any reason why you would gain back weight.

      Hope that helps!

  6. Lim says:

    Hi Wonect Team,

    Greetings.

I am currently consuming the Fine Japan Premium Collagen (Gonna proceed with Asahi Premier Rich once I finishes the Fine Collagen). Can I still consume this Diet Enzyme Premium (Green) and Night Diet Enzyme (Blue) while consuming the collagen?

Meanwhile, I have another question. Have you guys heard of Minami Healthy Food Diet Supplement and Shinya Koso Diet Enzyme?
I am actually hesitating whether to get the ISDG Diet Enzyme or Shinya Koso Diet Enzyme, could you advice on this two enzyme? Thanks in advance! 🙂

    • Wonect Team says:

Hi Lim! Yes, you can take collagen alongside an enzyme product– you could think of the collagen drink like a food (like a very concentrated bone broth?), so it’s OK to take it with other things.

I’ve just had a look at the other two products and they are a little different to iSDG in terms of ingredients. The iSDG products are nutritional supplements that focus on enzymes from fruits and vegetables– you could think of them as health/energy boosters with the added benefit of helping a diet, while the other two are more specifically “weight loss” products.
The Minami Healthy Food Diet advertises itself as a weight loss supplement, its active ingredients are capsicum, chitosan, and salacia reticulata, which some say can work as a carb blocker. It also has a lot of types of vitamins and minerals which are good to supplement when you’re dieting.
Shinya Koso Diet is another diet product, the idea behind it is that it’s supposed to take some of the damage out of eating late at night (an issue in Japan where a lot of of people work long hours!) Its ingredients include prickly pear cactus, back ginger, yeast peptides, and gymnema sylvestre.
Neither have as long a list of extracts as the iSDG products, but on the other hand you could assume that ingredients they do have will be a little more concentrated.

If you want to dive a bit deeper we have more information and the ingredients translated on our main site. Apologies, the English translations need an update, so if you still have questions let me know!
