Wonect Chat: Halfway Through 2017~
Good day to everyone! It’s been quite a six months. Wonect has been working hard on delivering your orders, and have been experimenting with various offers. Hope you had fun as much as we did! This is a little update to what Wonect.com users will notice in the next half of the year.
FOCUS ON CONCERNS FOR SKIN, HAIR ETC
We want to do more sales! But we want them to be useful and/or timely. So for the next coming months, we want to have promotions for people with dry skin, promotions for people with oily skin etc. These promotions will address a certain concern that we may face. They will include not only skincare products, but also have shampoos, supplements, sunscreens and more. This way, it’ll be easier for customers to compare among different products, whether if they want to confirm that they are buying a suitable product, or if they are in the market to find alternatives.
Fraud continues to be a problem, both on consumer-side and seller-side. Wonect continues to strengthen our security to keep your information safe, but there are still buyers who exploit loopholes to scam sellers. After the last bout, Wonect has decided to take measures to prevent them from occuring. One of them is to disable fraudulent accounts.
Upon detecting suspicious activities, we will halt transactions, and contact the owners of the account for clarifications. If indeed there are issues that cannot be resolved, it is likely that we will suspend these accounts. But please do not worry if you meet such a problem. Customers who have purchased from us before know us well, so don’t hesitate to approach us to resolve any problems!

We are also introducing a 90-day expiry date to the points earned by our customers. Please don’t panic! Most of customers have found themselves to be able to use the points within that time period (thus the decision), so it’s wonderful that the points have been useful for our customers. There are accounts that do not use the points of course, for example, repeat accounts that our customers have decided to stick to one, or customers who probably prefer a service other than ours (this would mean Wonect must work harder!).

Because of you, our YouTube channel has been growing steadily, and we want to bring more to you! After some brainstorming, playing around, and a few numb tongues later, we are going to want to introduce more products! They won’t be quite the kind that you’d see on Friday, where we do introductions of products to solve different issues faced by customers. We want to delve deeper. How long exactly does the mascara last? How exactly does the top sunscreen feel on the skin? What is the result of using this shampoo after 1 week? We are going to start using some of these items!
